Schedule of Events: September 12 - Fall Schedule begins: 9:15 AM - Sunday School - Rally Day; 10:45 AM Worship; 11:45 AM Hot Dog & Ice Cream Picnic September 13 - An introductory class to New Testament Greek will be offered by Pastor on Monday evenings, 7:15 PM. Each class will last one hour, and will explore not just the language, but culture, differences in interpretation, and manuscript formation. There is no fee for the class, but a freewill offering dedicated to World Hunger will be gratefully accepted. There is also no text, but participants are asked to bring a notebook, and there will be handouts. September 20 - Monday Lunch Bunch - An hour of Christian Fellowship starting at noon. Bring a brown bag lunch. Drinks will be provided. September 21 - 7:00-9:00 PM at Messiah Lutheran Church, 2020 Worthington Ave. Bethlehem. Representatives from area congregations will gather together to discuss Cooperative Mission in Bethlehem/Easton. Shared youth ministry, visitation ministry, yoking, social ministry, outreach, mega Vacation Bible School, shared staffing, and much more will be discussed. September 26 - Harvest Home Sunday October 10 - Endowment Sunday October 15 - Once a year our Adult Class visits an off-site place to learn not just about the Christian Bible and local history, but also to broaden our understanding of other faiths. Two years ago the class visited a Schwenkfelder church and museum. Last year the class attended a Sabbath service at a local synagogue. This year the class will attend a noon worship service on Friday, October 15 at the invitation of the Muslim Association of the Lehigh Valley.
